Anyway back Atkins Diet me may tried diets world (feels it) none worked really hard stick may try Atkins one See can get a copy book a read before start Read Book Good lets go I admit reading getting a copy recipes seems backwards I led believe when need tend try anything.

Day One: day I started day I planned buy eat me I had a Plan then likely things easier I succeed I thought up lots recipes wrote down.

Day Two: Armed my shopping list I went forth ( I know I describe a battle can when years years fighting flab anyone there knows ) paying food first thing hit me cost mostly a meat diet I my food bill went up quite a lot.

Day Three: Did start yet still mental getting ready stage Things start go mind Hope works better worth healthy I doing right thing?

Well lets say I put off decided start Monday way I had weekend saying good things me way I now a sad moment fact great I just being honest being honest why I going diet.

First Week
Well a bit a culture shock bacon eggs breakfast How can dieting I kept saying myself Lunch I had a tin tuna cheese Dinner I had grilled chicken evening I had nibbles cheese sliced ham.
I basically had every day changed Dinner pork chops stake prawns fish beef burgers cooked ham forgetting take my Multi Vitamins drink water (I hate water sometimes) :(
